Full-Time vs Part-Time: The Break Time Dilemma

Hey, so I found this random paper at work and it got me thinking. It was all about how working a full eight-hour shift is way better than working a four-hour shift. At my job, we usually work for four hours and forty-five minutes with only one break, which honestly sucks. Anyway, this whole thing made me realize how much being a part-time employee sucks sometimes. But, it's not just my job, it's everywhere. It's important for employers to remember that just because part-time employees work fewer hours, it doesn't mean they should be treated any differently or have worse working conditions.
