General Manager at 21

I would like to start this by saying I am only a manager because I’m the sole provider for my infant. I hate it, if I had anywhere else to go in my city that paid 40,000 I would. I try to make my store somewhere that is open, bearable, and accepting. I have two transgender employees, I take the schedule before posting it and re write their correct names before putting it up. I let everyone be on their phone, listen to music, and watch shows. I let them eat pretty much anything they’d like within reason, if they’re sick they stay home no questions asked I find coverage. If they ask to go home early, I make it happen. If they need off with literally two days notice, I make it happen. Any minors working on Sunday go home by nine because they have school the next day.…
