Getting fired by HR for being a victim of harassment

I'll try to be as concise and factual as possible. Young, female employee bullied by manager of otherwise all older male team in a large and famous company Extremely difficult to retain staff and find replacement as it requires a master's degree/tons of specialized tech/comp sci experience Am severely underpaid but don't mind, was doing it because I like this job and am motivated Worked my ass off for years and it has been proven and in writing by several managers (idk why anymore tbh probably was a mistake) even in my current performance review. Other people witnessed I was being abused and reported it. I did not report the abuse myself. Then HR contacted me and I answered their questions honestly, with text messages and emails as evidence. Did not say anything I did not have evidence or witnesses to back up. I asked to be quietly transferred to…

I'll try to be as concise and factual as possible.

  1. Young, female employee bullied by manager of otherwise all older male team in a large and famous company
  2. Extremely difficult to retain staff and find replacement as it requires a master's degree/tons of specialized tech/comp sci experience
  3. Am severely underpaid but don't mind, was doing it because I like this job and am motivated
  4. Worked my ass off for years and it has been proven and in writing by several managers (idk why anymore tbh probably was a mistake) even in my current performance review.
  5. Other people witnessed I was being abused and reported it. I did not report the abuse myself. Then HR contacted me and I answered their questions honestly, with text messages and emails as evidence. Did not say anything I did not have evidence or witnesses to back up.
  6. I asked to be quietly transferred to another department and said in writing I don't want to cause any trouble.
  7. Months later they let former manager do my performance evaluation for last year
  8. I achieved a lot and it is proven and can't be denied. So I get a nice bonus.
  9. At the same time, they put me on a path/process which is the last step before getting fired – the justification being that a part of the performance review is a review of my personality and behaviours judged my manager, not a mental health professional. In other words, they let my bully evaluate me psychologically and decide if my personality fits the company culture.
  10. Am pregnant so can't look for a new job because nobody will hire me like this
  11. There are rumors the former manager/bully is getting a promotion and a transfer to the US office (we are in Europe but he's from South Asia)
  12. My life is ruined. Went from high achieving career woman to unemployed mom on welfare (if I even qualify)

What do you think? Also not sure where I should ask this, but this subreddit came up when I tried to google it. I know it is my fault and am taking responsibility and promised I'll try to change.

But I can't help but be sad and heartbroken. I didn't even act like a “problem employee”. I took abuse without saying anything and worked a lot which they can't deny hence the bonus. But they will still blame me for what happened and want to get rid of me.
