Now I know it’s my shift and I should work all of it, but honestly I don’t know what a Majority of the management does, and I know 1 of them for sure does next to nothing. I finished organizing 3 sections of one of our store rooms by myself, and said fuck this, I’m gonna leave early.
But of course we have a fresh food delivery coming in, so I get guilt tripped into staying because nobody else wants to do it I guess. Management could do it, we have 5 managers. But none of them apparently want to do anything.
Also we have had 4 large fridges just sitting in our warehouse for over a year, and nothing is being done to move or get rid of them. Management just seems lazy and uncaring about the warehouse shit since none of them really engage with any of it.
I probably won’t show up tomorrow or Friday, and I’m putting in my 2 weeks on Monday
