Had a scheduling issue today, couldn't book appointments due to a technical error, advise manager, tells me I've been double booking and it's come to their attention. (I've only booked appointments when the system allowed me too and it showed availability.)
I said, ok, fine, understandable but thats not the issue here, proceeds to tell me if “I can understand and use a calendar” .
Surpised and annoyed is just a watered down version of how I felt when I read that, I'm in my mid 30's, very literate and tech savvy, it disturbed me, and it still is, I need this job but I know I'm going to have a shit show of a time with this douchebag yuppie.
