I am a receptionist with other duties as well. I spend about 20 percent of my time actually working. The rest is being constantly distracted. Office associates are so needy. They are kind but want me to acknowledge them everytime I walk by. When I don't, people say I'm grumpy.I am here to provide attention and make them feel special. It is so draining. And this is why we can't WFH. Make it make sense.
