Hi all, I currently work for a company in Washington with less than 50 employees and work salary OT-exempt. I have a base salary of 45k, but as I understand it the minimum salary for OT-exempt employees in Washington is 52k and that goes up to 57k next year. I brought this up with HR and they ghosted me, is there any way to get back pay?
