Looking for advice with an ongoing situation. Started a job at a grocery store last month and submitted an availability form that says I'm available from 8am to 6pm, this week is my seventh week on the schedule. When the manager hired me he told me he could work me 4 mornings a week, which became 7 days on my first week, my second week he changed it to 5 but had me on two night shifts. I figured the evenings were temporary but talked to him to double confirm I'm not available for evenings or nights. He told me to fill out a new availability which I did but he game me all night shifts these last two weeks. I wake up at 5am because my girlfriend wakes up to get ready for work and can't be out very late as I prepare a lot of the meals in my home. I'm been texting him since the new schedule went up asking what happened but have gotten no response.
