In the past couple months, I’ve had four job interviews, and 3 of the 4 didn’t bother to ever respond back. I can understand never hearing back from an application but this is different. At least let me know you went with another candidate. I think it’s plain rude. These are for niche state and federal jobs. Is this a new thing now?
