Ghosted by an Employer?

Had the big boss call me over to join in on a video call pitch to observe which I did, at the end of it I was asked my opinion on how it went and I mentioned that he did not close the sale which is what I had assumed the purpose of the call would be. He didn't like that I pointed that out and became irate, then he told me in a nutshell that I don't know what I am talking about, proceeded to put his hand on my shoulder and started raising his voice. I'm frustrated. To summarize, I work in sales.
Had the big boss call me over to join in on a video call pitch to observe which I did, at the end of it I was asked my opinion on how it went and I mentioned that he did not close the sale which is what I had assumed the purpose of the call would be. He didn't like that I pointed that out and became irate, then he told me in a nutshell that I don't know what I am talking about, proceeded to put his hand on my shoulder and started raising his voice.

This happened minutes before my shift was about to end, he ended up raising his voice quite a bit infront of the rest of my colleagues then walked away when I tried to de-escalate by pointing out that I do not think it is the appropriate time and place and that the conversation was not going in a positive direction. He then walks off and as I'm about to leave, proceeds to point at me while speaking to HR …to remain anonymous Im trying to not give too much away here but it came across as if he wanted to intimidate me or scare me by talking about me to HR where I could clearly see him. Even going as far as to point in my direction.

The following Monday (this happened on Friday 2nd december) I was called into the office where they attempted to just dismiss me with immediate effect. I mentioned this is criteria for an unfair dismissal and I would be seeking professional assistance to counter it..they then said wait, there will be a formal hearing. And I was suspended until the date of the hearing which ended up being the 20th December. I listened to what was said and remained cool. After the hearing I wanted to confirm that I'd get paid my full salary as they sent me home and I was happy to work but was told by HR at the time that the big boss apparently cannot stand being around me…I was a perplexed. Anyway HR confirmed yes, I will receive my full pay and I'd get notified of the conclusion based on the hearing.

The hearing was the 20th December, still haven't heard a word on what decision has been made. I've called, emailed and no response from anyone. Since then I received my payslip which was a whole 7k short (I am South African) and the payslip didn't have my employee number on it amongst other flaws that clearly indicate they don't do anything correctly or as it should be. I've tried calling and emailing again since office is open, I was advised by HR they would look I to it and get back to me, that was 6 hours ago and HR clocks off in an hour's time.

I can't go to work because they haven't concluded if I'm fired or not. This has affected my ability to pay rent, days before Christmas I couldn't do anything not even purchase a meal because what they did pay me, I paid my rent with which is now still short. What do I do next? I am so frustrated and pissed off that the company is so unethical. How do I get my money back? To make it worse just after I finished training which was the week before this happened, I received a permanent contract that I could not sign because they even had my lastname wrong including DOB. I mentioned this and was meantime to get a corrected contract which they did not give to me to sign. This…all days before Christmas, now my landlord is pissed, I am broke af and waiting to hear from this company..any advice?
