Residents pay $5000 per month (CAD). Maintenance spies and tests housekeeping by planting items around the building (the maintenance guy is a bootlicker). The cook drinks on the job and forces the servers (who are only 20 y/o) to conduct interviews for him because he's too incompetent, and most likely drunk. Management (who is only there twice a week) has appointed the cook as the man in charge. Compass is so cheap they won't allow more than 4 PSWs to work at a time. Management almost fired a girl for spraining her ankle at work. Work isn't getting done because Compass is so cheap and won't allow enough staff to work at one time so residents are now taking their frustrations out on my girlfriend and the other frontline staff. Unfortunately because we live in Southern Ontario she can't quit and risk not having a job for a few weeks due to the cost of living.
