GM lied about wage update; field leader is trying to avoid leaving a paper trail, requesting me to meet up in store to discuss my back pay.

I was recently working as a delivery driver for a Pizza Hut franchise in Nevada making 11 whole dollars before tips. In-store crew, or anyone working exclusively in-store for the day get’s $12. Someone ends up crashing into my car while on the job, & turns out my insurance doesn’t cover it, despite only ever being told that I needed collision coverage by said employer. That’s a diff story though. Lesson learned. So now, because I can’t drive my car, I get put in-store for the rest of my time there; 9 days. I ask the GM if I would be receiving the $12 base pay now that I am in-store. She assures me that, yes, my rate just needs to be inputted before the start of the next pay period. I wait & then later on ask if she’s had the chance to update my wage, says yes, did…

So now, because I can’t drive my car, I get put in-store for the rest of my time there; 9 days.
I ask the GM if I would be receiving the $12 base pay now that I am in-store. She assures me that, yes, my rate just needs to be inputted before the start of the next pay period. I wait & then later on ask if she’s had the chance to update my wage, says yes, did it on Tuesday. I later ask if I will be receiving back pay for the days I worked in-store up until my wage got updated, again, assures me that yes, but that it won’t show up until NEXT check. Both of these responses I got from her in writing since I had a feeling.

Fast forward to this last check, the one that was supposed to finally reflect my wage change & include back pay, & not only does it still say I’m at $11, but definitely no back pay.
I also took pictures of both this check & last check’s time punches & there was some things that didn’t add up, for example one of my original clock-in times got edited to 7 minutes later & clocked me out about 8 minutes before I had actually left that night.

A couple of things; I’m assuming there’s no way I can go after the company for compensation on my damaged car that my insurance will not cover due to being on the clock at the time & being deemed at fault?
Respondeat superior doesn’t apply to damages for employees?

More importantly, what should be my next steps in making sure I receive the wages I worked for & was promised?
& how can I legally tarnish this franchise’s reputation & let my local community know about their unlawful & unethical business practices? Many of my coworkers had expressed similar situations, one of them still waiting for her vacation pay from NOVEMBER.

I reached out to the field leader via text & broke down my concerns, she responded trying to arrange a call or physical meeting to discuss.
I don’t work for you anymore, lady. Why would I set aside time from my day to physically meet up so we can discuss you underpaying me? How do I tell her this without being blatantly rude like I am tempted to?

TL;DR: delivery driver in NV making $11 base forced into in-store position which is supposed to pay $12 base, but never received updated wage despite being assured by leadership. Also, noticed time clock edits that are not correct. Field leader responded to text detailing my concerns with wanting to call or meet physically to discuss further.
