Life changing decision Hi all, I joined a job back in February, with a pay raise. I have never regretted a decision more in my life The environment is incredibly toxic, to the point I have been having depression. I am going to quit this Friday. Probably going to make a fresh start elsewhere, knowing full well I'll face backlash from peer groups/family m I work in IT consulting. Wish me luck.
