I finally broke free from my toxic job so i thought i'd post a little summary about the behavior of my amazing co workers. This place made me feel like shit for a long time.
C1: (head of the department): Overall a nice guy but all he cares about is profit and never open his mouth to the foreign workers because he is/was scared of them i think. (Local)
R: Feels like she's the head of the Apartment because she does whatever tf she wants. Walks around in a tracksuit and sneakers in a warehouse. She is lazy and always acts like she does soooo much every day. Almost everybody is scared of her for some reason. Once you get on her bad side she'll talk shit about you until you get fired or everybody hates you. She loves blaming her mistakes on others and sometimes goes home earlier for no reason. (she's a foreigner)
M1: He's the personal slave of R. He does everything she tells him. He's a pathological liar and always has crazy stories. He tries to finish work as fast as humanly possible for some reason and then complains how tired he is always. (Local)
M2: She's the person who brings me the work most of the time. She's always too fast and almost never takes a break which results in working pilling up. I feel bad for her because its so obvious working is the Highlight of her day. She shows up 15 minutes before her shift just to stand around and wait to start working. Complains just like M1 but doesnt want to slow down. Her complaining is just fake in my opinion and she actually likes it. (local)
M3: He's my favourite collegue here. He could be my grandpa but he's nice. He always understood my pain in this job and if it wasnt for his ear disease he would have quit a long time ago. I'll miss him a bit. (Local)
H: He's lazy and always on his phone. He leaves the baby wipes on his table to always have them ready which is so embarassing. He always tells me and M3 that he doesnt take breaks but spends 20 minutes on the toilet. Whenever he hits something with the forklift he doesnt care, doesnt say anything about it or complains about the other people who “left something in the way”. He just drives around too fast and doesnt care at all. Obviously thats always the other peoples fault. Comes back from his break always later than he's supposed to. (Foreigner)
C2: He's mostly alright i would say. He's always on the forklift (its one where you can stand on a platform and almost use it like a segway) driving around like he's not able to walk. Its laughable in my opinion. He always takes a longer break than allowed. (Foreigner)
C3: Head of another department. He's always nice to me
