I got a 10¢ raise at work out of the blue, and said to my office mate “oh I think I got a tiny raise”. My supervisor just got mad at me for “discussing wages”. I know my labor laws. Plus I didn’t even say a number amount. Major red flag. Edit: they’re probably gonna take it away and say it was a “mistake”, totally not as a punishment for discussing wages /s
