Left a company at the end of season and after a break from work i decided to get another job for a better company with better pay, better medical, just all around better, plus the old boss ripped me off for $600+ and never rectified the situation. I stated I was not returning after seasonal break. My leaving the company has left the old company without enough workers upon startup.
My idiot loudmouth shnook of a brother works at a store, he seen my old boss and told him all about my new job. Now the old boss is calling me up on the phone. I am not answering his calls. He can go to hell!! He can’t pay me enough to deal with his problems…
Also, I am dealing with the labour board on the wage theft with the old employer and he hasn’t been notified, I guess it just seems to take a long long time. so I definitely don’t want to return to his company.
