This lady hires me on the spot and constantly gives the vibe that she doesn’t trust me to do my job.
I got this new position working for a transportation company that is contracted by Home Depot. The Home Depot is fine. The work environment is miles better than dumb ass Amazon.
The problem is the manager hoe.
I am the only guy there that works in there yard; moving trailers to doors and doing short hauls to other facilities.
The only contact I have with my main manager is threw text. I never see her. But she sends these negative ass message ware it’s guilty until proven innocent responses. Assuming that I am not doing shit even though the managers at Home Depot have not said anything negative about me. I don’t know what this bitches problem is.
Then 2 weeks ago she asked if I could work overtime Saturday the 14th and I said no. And now she’s like can you work this Saturday, and I’m like no. Then she goes on a rant like I Fucken promised I would do it. “I will look for someone else then.”
Hits me up again saying it’s required now. I’m like “nope.” I never agreed to this.
Then she goes and says she’s contacting HR and sending them what I said. (Reminder, this is 3 weeks in) and then she asked “is there anything else you would like to add to the report?” So I took a screen shot of the conversation ware she asked if I could work Saturday and I said no and told her to show it to HR.
How Fucken dumb can you be? I got proof that I denied her and of all the other shit she’s been giving me.
If she wants to go this route then so be it. She definitely doesn’t know who she is fucking with. I will make her look like the way she is acting, a fucking fool.
After the screen shot text I sent, the last thing she said was “lesson learned”
Wtf? What lesson and who learned it.
How the fuck do people like this end up in these positions?
Anyway, I work 5 days a week. Fuck Saturday, I ain’t working.
