got a raise, but hrs slash and managers being sneaky

After much uproar from the bottom line and a long term staff member leaving, my workplace has finally gotten a 2 dollar raise. But theres a catch. The managers who claim to have been pushing for a raise, but as a result our hrs have been cut in half, a new employee just in the middle of onboarding will “only show up when we need her” and the managers want the employees to not speak of this raise to anyone else outside of our city. I rather have the uninsured hrly wage employees speak for themselves instead of salaries, insured managers. Not to mention that the long term employee left due to the compan, which claims to be inclusive, disgreaded her 10+ HR complaints against a racist manager. Instead of firing or remoting displining said manager, the employee was transfered to my location and the racist manager was then given…

Instead of firing or remoting displining said manager, the employee was transfered to my location and the racist manager was then given a more white staff to being a micromanging tyrant toward…oops…i mean to be able to give support 🙂
