i’m just annoyed and i hate how my company treats us. they fed me some bullshit line about market analysis being the reason i can’t get paid more,and i threw out the much higher wages of workers that we supervise on site. i got a $1 increase that they told me to keep hush hush about it “to avoid hurting people’s feelings” but i know that’s a crock of shit. i pretty much got the HR rep to admit that yeah, it is a pay cut and it isn’t a raise- but it’s not gonna help do anything. i knew where i stood, still know where i stand, and am more committed to helping myself and my coworkers seek better wages and working conditions. i think we have a majority, there’s a meeting soon. we’re done asking.
