I’m sorry but I have 8 years of industry experience at a higher position than my would be boss, 2 Bachelor Degrees and a masters….
Their compensation package: 40-45k.
I’m sorry did I fucking miss something? I just don’t get how organizations can be this blind and ignorant to finding a candidate that has the appropriate experience for the given position that’s open. In my opinion I am extremely over qualified for this fucking role.
I didn’t even apply for that role… I applied for a higher position in the company only to be told I’d be a better fit at this lower level job…. Job hunting is the fucking worst.
