Got fired for not responding to customers calls after my working time & not doing the job of other manager

I am currently working in the worst company I have ever worked for. The company's job is organizing event's such as weddings/birthdays etc. I was ment to be a sales and marketing manager responsible for preparing sales/financial strategy and raports. Within the first week of the job my employer asked me to help at the reception since they have a work overload. I agreed and somehow managed to get my work done in between. I expressed my concerns to my employer however he assured that it will end soon. Anyways, I kept working at the reception desk instead of sitting in my office. My employer was very satisfied with the new sales strategy I implemented and the company was fuctioning better than ever.
Things got way worse when the manager responsible for external workers stoped doing her job correctly, adding way more to my responsibilities. She was meant to be checking how's the preparation of booked events going but she didn't do it properly and my employer assigned me to do it. It was ridiculous, as I was getting my job done, helping at the reception and on top of that had to leave the building multiple times to control external workers and the other manager.
Workload was crazy and my employer didn't care – none of these responsibilities were mentioned in my contract.
I wish it ended at this point, however my employer came up with the idea to add my numer onto the webiste, so that customers can call 24/7, even if the reception is closed.
Once again, I protested, my employer claimed it's fine if I don't do that. So I didn't.

I was really surprised today when I got fired for not doing the job which has never been my responsibility and not even mentioned in my contract.
