During the first week of January I was fired from my delivery job because I got covid and couldn’t work for 2 weeks, so they decided to fire me and I couldn’t do anything because I had no legal contract.
I was in need of money because I’m a college student and I need to pay taxes and other expenses, I don’t want to be a weight for my parents.
The very first day that I was free from covid I went through some restaurants looking if someone needed a delivery guy and on the first place that I went I found my new job.
Now let’s talk about the previous one, I was there from 5pm to 1am or more, doing everything, 100km a day or more, my car, my fuel, 40€ a day, that seems a lot but it’s only 5€/h or even less and no contract.
In this one, I’m almost 2 months working there, I have a contact first of all, I work 7pm to 10pm, my car, my fuel but I don’t do more than 30km a day and I earn 25€ plus bonus and tips, that’s 8,3€/h.
With this job I’m really happy and I have more time to study, thanks for firing me.
