So I posted a while ago about having to enforce stupid lunch policies that require employees to go within the first 45 minutes of their 8-9 hour shifts.
Today I was let go for speaking against the new manager who created these rules. I told her how the way she treats people is unacceptable and the whole staff is tired of being disrespected.
HR was in the meeting, of course sided with her, and I was let go. Guess it’s time for a new job. Going to be hard to find anything with similar pay quickly. Have a mortgage and a baby on the way so wish me luck!
