I work as a computer programmer and have been at my current job for a little over a year. Last month I had to sign some paperwork acknowledging that my yearly bonus could now be UP TO 5% instead of 4%. The time came and I finally got my bonus of, get this, one half of one percent 🤣 I felt insulted but I guess a little pocket change is better than nothing 🤷️
