I’m so over it lol. I’m underpaid because of tenure, I do the work of 3 people, and I’m overqualified for the job I have, and they changed the rules so our jobs are less worth it now. So, fuck it. Worst case, I stay where I am. Best case I increase my income more than $30k a year and get taken seriously.
