Got relieved as GM and waiting for arbitration

So I told a previous story on here about a job at a hotel I got as a front desk clerk just for side money. Well I got recruited to be a GM for another hotel, and started that job the Monday after thanksgiving. Well today I was to be fired by my supervisor. I demanded arbitration but was still relieved of my duties. Informed this supervisor that I would be developing a hostile work place claim, and had witnessed her making racist comments about my staff. She has spent the rest of the morning interrogating my staff in hopes to find something she can use on me. So why was I relieved. Well, long story short, I bucked the system by staffing the hotel properly and costing them a 5% and 8% increase in payroll over normal during the holiday.

But the kicker was yesterday was my anniversary, so I came in early and left early. Well my supervisor calls and is at my hotel asking questions she knows the answer to. She has my front desk staff call me, then I called her, the first call she forwarded to voicemail, the second call she answered but hung up on me, then when I called back the third time she made arrangements for a 7am meeting. She showed up at 9am. Made me sit through a 930-10 conference call, and then within five minutes of its completion made the comment “I don’t think you have the commitment for this position” I read the writing on the wall, and demanded arbitration. To her credit she did answer appropriately with “that is fine, but you are still relieved of your duties as GM and need to gather your things and get off property.” Which I did.

She then spent the rest of the morning interrogating my staff. Half of which have called me to express their disappointment in the situation and appreciation of me.

I’m actually sad. Tired. Disappointed. But I leave this position knowing that if the world was ran by good honest people I would make a positive impact in this world.

So why were you fired?
Not jumping when she said jump is the short answer though.

“I don't think you have the commitment for this position”

Yesterday was my anniversary, and she showed up after I left, and tried to demand me come back, I asked her why, and when she wouldn't give me an answer, I knew it was her wanting to assert a power trip over me, and like I told her at my interview “I don't need this job, I want it, I enjoy hospitality, and leading people in the success of a hotel”. She wasn't happy that she couldn't bully me. And even played a game last night with having my front desk clerk call me to come back, to which I called her directly and was forwarded, and then she answered my second call, and hung up on me while I was telling her that everything was done already.

She then is trying to claim that I failed to fix the water heaters that froze over due to this ONCE IN A GENERATION weather event we had during Christmas, causing our hot water to go out for four days. She couldn't find a plumber until the owner was contacted on Monday who was the only person who knew who the plumber that installed the hot water heaters was, and they sent a tech out first thing Tuesday. On Monday at 730pm when it was 22 degrees outside, she called me telling me she wanted me to sit up on the roof with a heat gun and dethaw a pipe to get the hot water to restart. What was the solution? Restart the system, which no one, not even her or my maintenance man knew how to do. Tuesday morning the tech showed up and asked me to print a copy of the owners manual for me and him. Within an hour had restarted the system successfully. But those are the two reasons she gave me as to why I was being relieved.
