I wish people would get as passionate about workplace conditions as they are the recent surge in Hollywood nepotism accusations.

I dont know if these people are just now learning that word or what, but people are actively speaking out on how the average person has no chance making it while all the favoritism is going on. I dont understand why people cant look at their own working conditions, get outraged, and start doing something about it.
