I work as a cashier in a grocery story and apparently the girl that I was talking to that also works there ratted me out and told them I complained and said “fucking” I was told there was a zero tolerance policy when it comes to cursing and that a customer may have heard me (even though it was a conversation between just me and her). After a strange interrogation session they sent me home with pay and said they will follow up with me next time I come in. If I get fired over this it will be very ridiculous considering I’ve heard many people including higher ups curse before.
