i made a post explaining what i did lastnight but in short i left half an hour past my scheduled out time because my ride was there, i come in today after seeing id been taken off the schedule and they tell me that i quit. I said i’d gladly work the shift that i was scheduled for today and never said that i quit, the manager replied with “you left after a manager asked you to stay so you technically walked out. you were also rude with your comment saying ‘goodluck hiring a new cook and a new dishwasher’” which was a bit rude but it was rude that he’d threaten my employment for me leaving past my scheduled out time. i get that it’s a restaurant but i was scheduled to leave an hour before the restaurant had closed and earlier in the day i asked a manager if my scheduled out time was correct and he just muttered he was too busy to look
