I started this job about 2 weeks ago and only work 4 days a week. As I started my shift a few days ago, my co worker handed me a document stating “employee performance issues.” My boss listed issues she had with my work.
I was in so much shock as she listed stuff I didn’t do because I wasn’t trained to do them. The other stuff she listed was somewhat reasonable as she had talk to me about it. The document concluded with me getting terminated if I don’t improve these issues.
I just found it kind of odd because I had only been working 7 days up to the write up and was only trained for a day. I like this new job and I work with my boss, it’s not a hostile work environment. I’m confused if I should quit or stay.
