Got yelled at for having a flat tire

So I woke up this morning and got in my car, and noticed bumping so I pulled over and noticed my tire was flat. and I called my boss and said “Hey! I don't think I can make it in on time, my tire is flat so-” and before I could explain I could get a ride just would be late he starts yelling at me how this is gonna ruin everyone's day and how I need to get in and he hangs up. So instead of getting a ride or trying, I just go back to bed and sleep. I'm quitting tommorow
