I am a 24 year old guy, so I can handle an inappropriate joke or gross humor, but this is getting to be too much. I have a boss who is very gross. From the moment I clock in to the time I clock out, it seems that my boss is either passing gas or burping loudly. He also goes out of his way to let me know that he has passed gas or is about to and continues to laugh about it. On more than one occasion he has said “Hey, I need your help over here”, then proceeds to let one rip. Another activity of his includes excessive throat clearing (grunting). I want to report him because it just doesn’t stop but I feel like it’s petty or retaliatory because I am honestly just tired of dealing with him and his management style.
