The goal of the therapy is to provide a supportive and safe space for individuals to share their experiences, feelings, and coping strategies. The group therapy sessions focus on building a sense of community and validation among group members, as well as promoting pro-worker attitudes and behaviors. This can include discussing ways to advocate for oneself and others in the workplace, learning effective communication skills, and building resilience and self-care strategies. Overall, the goal of the therapy is to empower individuals to make positive changes in their work environment and improve their overall well-being.”
