The modern world can be a horribly alienating place, it's true. But that alienation stems from the fact that we aren't reliant on each other anymore, because we live in a culture of affluent individualism, even if that looks to be drawing to a close. Sure we rely on each other to carry out our separate tasks in an organised economy, but we don't need each other in the way we always have as a species. We can survive without any relationships, is what I'm getting at.
Why spend your life complaining like a little baby? Can't you see that there is freedom inherent to our way of living, despite its fundamental lack of soul? You can literally do whatever you want, within reason. It would be great to live a more meaningful existence and also have the freedom to do whatever we want, but meaning is always forged out of the struggle to survive.
You want a more fulfilling life? You'll probably get one in the coming years when society continues its trajectory of collapse and you need the help of those around you to stay alive. Bonds forged in adversity are the strongest by far.
