I see this phrase a lot now in corporate communications.
What if the mental health crisis is just that modern society sucks?
BTW I'm not denying mental health. I've suffered from it for 25 years. Yet I often wonder of a lot of its due to the fact that I've always been trained yo be an obedient worker and I just don't like that.
I actually have a fairly good well paying job.
And right now I wouldn't be able to start a family, have nothing for retirement, and little for leisure or personal fulfillment. Mostly because of the last 25 years and how I've had to cope with it. I've often wondered the root cause. And maybe our way of living just stinks.
