So I recently gave a rocking performance review to an employee, and he is since working much slower (we started a deadline and daily check-in system), but has become much more friendly.
He never used to eat with the team, and now sits right beside us during lunch break. He usually never had coffee with me in the morning and has abruptly started calling me for coffee. It seems like he is stalking me and sitting as close to me as possible in the office. He has also abruptly started dressing up for work (it’s not compulsory but he has usually come to the office in a jeans). When I talk to him he is still rude however.
How would you handle this?
