Had a interview with IKEA management position and the interviewer sucked

The interview started off well but after a couple of questions, the interviewer was not good at what she did and was unfriendly as the first person you meet when you are trying to get to know the company. She was not experienced with the questions she asks and is very condescending with responses and questions. There were a couple of particular moments where I thought “Ikea is not a workplace I want to be in if this is how they treat people”. 1) Asked about how I would give feedback or criticism to a PEER (A peer is someone at your own level). 1) Asked about how I would give feedback or criticism to a PEER (A peer is someone at your own level). I started to recount some events with a colleague when she interrupted and again stated a peer. At this point I was confused and asked “Do you mean a friend then?” and she responded with “A superior or someone from management” in a matter of factly tone. Well, you're wrong so someone should reconsider the question.

2) Asked about a time I made a mistake at work. I was having difficulty coming up with an answer because mistakes are on the more serious end. She proceeds to say condescendingly “Are you saying you never made a mistake before? Humans make mistakes and no one is perfect so are you saying you're perfect?” This line of questioning lacks respect to an interviewee.

3) At the conclusion of the interview, she asked if I had any questions for her. I responded with ill need a bit to come up with more questions. She responds with “Are you asking questions just for the sake of asking or are you actually interested?” She is beyond rude to the interviewees and makes no one want to work for IKEA.
