My employer takes forever to send out our paystubs, they’re usually always wrong and owing me money. I’ve found some conflicting things online about my state laws. Google says they should be sending out stubs on the day I get paid in accordance to Utah statue 34-28-3. My payroll lady says she has up to ten days to send it out. I just need some help and advice on how to move forward.
Quitting isn’t an option for me right now. I’m in a bit of legal trouble so this job is where I’m stuck for a second. Thank you in advance.
