Had a job interview at a grain tower. Got told it was 12 hour days with the occasional Sunday off “if I was lucky”. Now I come from a construction background with over 10 years of experience and never have I heard of a job NEVER having a day off. Then to top it off the general manager gloated that they went from 4 million dollars a year to in 2 years making 30 million dollars a year… So you can't hire more people and do a rotating shift? They tried to offer me the job on the spot and I refused. Disgusting.
