CONTEXT- my wife never quits. She’s endured so much crap. She will get sick she will get treated poorly. Doesn’t matter. She works until her shift is done, moving onto the issue! She worked as a server the other day and had 2 heavily intoxicated men trying to grab her and flirt with her and started to say nasty things about what they want to do to her. Nothing was done about it. The manager not only let it go, but followed it up by telling my wife “hey sometimes you gotta do what will make you money” and then as she said “proceeded to look her up and down and wink”
So I had a nice chat with the manager as to how this behavior is acceptable and how if it were up to me I’d smash his teeth in, I told them I want the person fired and a formal face to face apology or I’d be coming back with a lawyer 🙂
