Mid 40s, mid-management, and have never not been employed.
I like my job and the people who have worked with me or for me will say that I'm a pretty okay dude.
So anyway I lined up an interview with the company that I was interested in going to work for and two questions stood out to me.

What would your competition say about you?
I answered that the only two times I met the owner of the business that is my direct competition he offered me a job because he had heard of me and knew of my work. To which I turned down because I knew I would not want that headache. -
What is something in the past that a previous employer did that you liked or wholeheartedly agreed with?
…… Crickets…..
I really couldn't think of anything on the spot and I still haven't thought of anything, and that was a week ago.
