Had to go home early yesterday and got everything taken care of without help from “management” cause they won't help.(they told me so themselves). So I left. Then this morning I got a nasty text calling me a liar and that I “planned” to leave from the moment I got there yesterday. Even if that was true I got the shift covered without bothering “management” except to tell them I was leaving and they didn't need to come in. So I'm thinking I'm not going back or I'll just be the biggest douche til they fire me. Which approach should I take. BTW the person who was talking shit to the “management” was caught sleeping last week but still has a job for some reason.
