My “boss” came out of the kitchen today demanding I move my car. I was extremely confused because it’s the same spot I’ve been parking in for over a year now. He turns to a bunch of customers at the bar with a smug “watch this” face and says “because your boss told you to move your car”. I outright reminded him that I’m parked in a public spot and unless he suddenly got the rules of his authority changed I’m going to keep parking wherever the hell I want as long as it’s legal.
His argument is that customers should be able to park closer and that we lowly employees can park 2 blocks away in the public lot even today during a heavy downpour. Not a chance.
