happy new year, i quit

I entered to a company with a 3.5 years bond as my first job. First 2 years were good because my superiors were really hands on. I really learned a lot given that this is my first professional experience. For some, they will not accept the tasks that were given to me coz they will follow only the job description we have. For my case, without promotion, im already receiving senior-level tasks that i can accomplish. By the time the account is struggling to meet its deliverables, i can still comply to my part. I even helped everyone if i can to meet theirs. When the 3rd year entered, we still dont receive the “competitive salary” they promised when they hired us. Upon the early months of pandemic, the management is consistently setting an online meeting with us just to tell that the team is underperforming and they are receiving some penalties due to late compliance. They are now pointing fingers to the leads on the ground as if they are not working to manage everything. In reality, it is the management that was consistently accepting new requests from the client that's why we are not delivering. Most of the new changes will affect the initial job output putting the initial efforts of the people to waste. Also, some of the requirements were not properly defined during the planning phase. We keep on resetting the job but the client's timeline is not adjusting. One of the managers even compared us to a basketball team. She said that the team's MVP is non sense if they cant win a championship. WTF!

Leads are now leaving, they are the backbones of the project. Most seniors left were not that capable enough but still managing to accomplish something. By december of 2020, im exhausted. We are exploited and undervalued just because we are young work force. The holiday break comes and im thinking i dont want to come back to that company again. First work day of 2021 morning, i submitted my resignation letter. I have given 30 days to transfer all my remaining jobs. This is not worth it anymore. Happy new year, i quit.
