Has anyone had this experience?

I know this isn’t a legal advice thread but I’m curious if anyone has had a similar experience. I was fired from my job at a start up tech company last Wednesday. When I spoke with HR that same day they said they were working out the details on my severance and would get back to me. I was told my last day would be Friday. Today, a week later, I still don’t have any exit paperwork, apart from an email giving me half details- like estimates for what they’ll pay me but nothing to sign, no cobra details, no 401k or equity details, and no instructions for sending back my equipment etc. I also haven’t received my last paycheck which depending on how much they send (when they finally do) seems like it could be wage violations. This is definitely unusual in my experience, but I’m wondering if it’s…
