Fyi, I am an introvert working a role in this company which requires a degree and deals with clients. My boss has had a talk to me about being too quiet with coworkers which may not be a good fit for this current role. So I may not pass probation because I have not proven myself to be able to small talk with clients due to the way I am around coworkers.
The position I am after in the same company does not require a degree and works behind the scenes. Still the same industry but would fit my personality better.
Can anyone here give me opinions on whether this is a good idea or share their experiences with this?
