Has anyone noticed a lot of toxicity with co workers in these customer service jobs or is it just me?

It seems like every customer service job I have, its always a different form of toxicity. I just wanted to take note of how that can have such a major impact on one's mental health. Imagine working hard in the industry and having a co worker talking shit about you to everyone else while getting paid minimum wage. And we wonder why mental health is so bad in our soceity…… its because of capitalism folks
