My current position is full-time in office and I have been presented with another opportunity in the same field that is 100% remote and a significant pay raise. I am reluctant to move to working from home because I don’t know how I would adjust. It seems like those who have moved over really enjoy it and even refuse to go back. In my situation, I live in a small town and my current employer is the only place in my area that has my line of work so if I leave, there is no going back. Any advice from those work from homers?
