Have you ever felt guilt over quitting a shitty job?

Im quitting my job as a dispatcher after having started only 2.5 months ago because of several issues with the shift im working with. i was lucky enough to find a different job within a few days that im really excited about but i cant help but feel like i failed at something even though im doing better now.
