Leaving my shitty job that I’ve posted on here before about (thanks for the support). Sorry to post again but one last question/new shitty fucking story…… I promise:
I have been at my job 5 months and wasn’t really onboarded. One supervisor is remote and a contractor and the “official” supervisor is a COO and never available except to micromanage emails.
On Thursday my in-person boss insulted my skills, said he “forgets I exist”, said he “knows (you) have a degree and we’re in the real world now” and questions my marketing judgment (micromanager, mean person) but I also acknowledge there’s truth to feedback and not denying it.
At this point I’m so pissed and hurt idk if they even deserve a Zoom resignation meeting but I’d also like to air my grievances to them and stand up for myself and how I disagree with the ethics of the org (anti-union rhetoric). But also fuck them.
So Zoom meeting to air grievances or just an email?
